Aarti is known for her analytic mind, focus on purposeful strategic thinking, and her collaborative spirit. She is a trained lawyer in the UK and the US and has Masters degrees in Law and Economics, as well as Systems Leadership and Organisational Analysis. She has over 20 years of experience working across non-profit, government, and the private sector.

Janet is an Executive Coach & Leadership Mentor and has a Masters degree in Organisational Analysis and Leadership. She has over 30 years of experience in the UK National Health Service. She has a proven track record of creating strategy and turning it into reality. She has a keen interest and ability to nurture talent and develop others.
