2hr Online Workshop

An online participatory introductory workshop on the fundamental essence of leadership at levels of personal and professional role identity.

Purpose: Identify resources within and use a deepening sense of self to release and empower your leadership.

When we take up a leadership role we bring all of who we are and our past experiences with us. Relationships with authority figures in the past, and what we believe about leadership all impacts the way we work with our roles in the present.

This workshop will guide you through an approach to identify how past roles influence your current role take-up. Through this approach, you will be able to deepen your self-awareness through recognising your role patterns and therein what might be impacting your current role. You will take away insights to sharpen your perspective and, which in turn will enable you to make more impactful choices for actions in your current role.
