Our Team

A team of consultants, experienced in organisational analysis and systems leadership. Based in the UK, Thailand, and Australia, between us we have extensive work portfolios extending across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, from small organisations to large multinational agencies. We work across four continents in diverse cultural settings.

Aarti Kapoor

Aarti Kapoor is known for her analytic mind, focus on purposeful strategic thinking, and her collaborative spirit. She is a trained lawyer in the UK and the US and has Masters degrees in Law and Economics, as well as Systems Leadership and Organisational Analysis. In addition to being a consultant and Co-Director at Mosaic Leadership, Aarti is also the Executive Director of Embode, an international human rights consulting firm. She has over 20 years of experience working across non-profit, government, and the private sector working on labour rights, social protection, and migration. Given her varied experience and expertise, Aarti is particularly adept at bringing multiple perspectives to her work and consultancy. She is particularly committed to reaching out to and supporting leaders in Asia and Africa through Mosaic Leadership. 



Janet Gilbertson

Janet is an Executive Coach & Leadership Mentor and has a Masters in Organisational Analysis and Leadership. She has a keen interest and ability to nurture talent and develop others. She offers executive coaching and leadership mentoring across public and private sectors and has also designed and delivered Leadership Development programmes at all levels focusing on building leadership capacity and capability.

Using a systemic organisational analysis approach she brings clarity and focus to improve performance and impact. She deeply listens to seek further understanding but does not lose sight of the goals or outcomes necessary in progressing highly complex negotiations and discussions.

She has over 30 years of experience in the UK National Health Service, with a clinical background as a pharmacist. She has a proven track record of creating strategy and turning it into reality through significant and impactful leadership in senior clinical and management roles.

She is a strong personal learner with a particular focus on self-awareness, emotional intelligence and personal triggers to develop the ability to undertake a leadership role. She has directly utilised this learning in the development, challenge and accompaniment of others in their own leadership journeys, and at a systemic level to design and deliver interventions to help shift organisations.  


Jennifer Burrows

Jennifer Burrows brings systems thinking and a socioanalytic lens to help organisations and individuals thrive in complex environments. Jennifer has extensive experience working in the education sector leading change innovations, providing support to teams working in complex environments, and working with individuals. Jennifer holds a Masters in Philosophy of Social Innovation (Organisational Analysis & Leadership) through the Grubb School of Organisational Analysis, as well as a Master of Business (Training & Change Management) and other qualifications in education. Jennifer is a Board member of Annecto, a not-for-profit age and disability support organisation, and a Director of Group Relations Australia.


Robyn Hartley

Robyn has 20 years experience working as an organisational and leadership development professional. She has coached, consulted to, designed and delivered transformational leadership programmes to thousands of leaders across the Asia Pacific region. As an experienced leader, organisational dynamic analyst, educator, skilled facilitator, passionate learner, trained counsellor and coach with a background in business and systems, Robyn has a unique blend of skills to help organisations create even more purpose-filled, empowered and productive workplaces. Robyn has a Master of Leadership and Management (Organisational Dynamics) (2020) and two postgraduate diplomas in Organisational Analysis & Leadership, and Counselling. Robyn is a trained Coach certified in the transformational leadership technology ‘The Leadership Circle’ Profiles.
