Group Role Consultations

These are small group sessions with participants (4 to 8) and two consultants. The focus is on the experience of work in roles, teams and organisations.

  • Learning to work from lived experience as the team dynamic within the session is explored.

  • Deeper understanding of the dynamics of your work situation.

  • Enhanced clarity of role.

  • Increased influence and impact.

 

Small Study Group series

A group of up to 8 participants work together with one or two consultants over 8 weeks to explore emergent group dynamics. Through this experiential learning, identify and learn more about the roles you take up and apply that learning to transform your experience in your workplace. These can be run with work teams or as a group of individuals.

  • Deepen your awareness of group dynamics.

  • Identify the roles you take up in groups.

  • Increase self-awareness.

  • Apply your learning back into the workplace.
